Caremax Home Care is a licensed 245D licensed provider of respite, homemaker, Individual Community Living Support (ICLS) services, Individual Home Support (IHS) without training, and night supervision services to meet our client’s individual needs. We will ensure our clients that our professional staff will exceed their expectations about our services as we coordinate with them to provide quality and approved services. For each 245D service, Our clients can trust us as we provide them with a qualified worker who can help them meet their everyday needs. Clients don’t have to worry when they choose our company for our services because a 245D Caremax Home Care service coordinator will work with them to administer our 245D Waivered Services.

Individualized Home Supports Without Training

Individualized Home Supports Without Training services provide support, assistance, and supervision to our clients who are living in their homes. Our caregivers will take care of our clients by assisting them with their activities of daily living, coordinating with the client in attending community living activities, cueing, and more based on their needs. Our staff will develop a plan to offer our clients a healthy and fully integrated life through our care. Individualized Home Supports Without Training services can be provided in the client’s own home or community of their choosing.

Individuals under these waivers can avail of Individualized Home Supports Without Training services.

What makes Individualized Home Supports Without Training services different is that they focus on promoting clients’ independence and access to community resources. Parents of adult clients can serve as staff for Individualized Home Supports Without Training. Individuals that serve as the client’s Responsible Party may also become staff.

Individualized Home Supports With Training
Services that support or train persons who live in their own homes or the homes of their families in community living service categories.Individualized home assistance can be given in-person or online, at the person’s own home, their family’s home, or in the community.

A wide variety of different kinds of assistance are available to anyone using this program.
In four areas—community involvement, health and wellbeing, household management, and adaptive skills—staff are available up to 16 hours each day. The staff can aid with scheduling appointments, giving self-care reminders, planning community living activities, increasing independence skills, budgeting, crisis avoidance knowledge, and many other daily living activities.

A person must receive instruction, support, assistance, and supervision in at least one of the following community living service categories through tailored home supports:

  • Household management
